Sevenson’s purchase process was overwhelming and time consuming—it involved long email chains with attached documents, and file cabinets full of paper taking up valuable office space. SES needed a way to streamline their internal process to make working with vendors faster and less error prone.
After an extensive discovery period, where Aardonyx learned intensively how Sevenson’s business and industry worked, Aardonyx designed and developed an application that streamlined the whole process.
Now, instead of using long email chains, each order can be tracked and edited online.
Users can be assigned to different projects and different roles, and our softwareautomatically alerts the next person in line when it is their turn to edit and/or approve the document.
Our application tracks changes to every order so the history of every document is easily accessible. Relevant files (such as vendor quotes, etc.) can be stored along with their relevant orders and viewed in the same window for easy copy and pasting.
